Sanyres was born with the support of PRASA, a leading real estate groups in the country, and in 1999, we acquired our first home for seniors in Cordova. From that moment began our expansion. We opened three care homes in less than two years.
During the following years, we opened at least one care home per year until 2004.
Sanyres consolidates. From January to August 2006 opened Sanyres Escorial, Sanyres Lugo, Sanyres El Limonar and Sanyres Benalmadena. Our image is renewed. The butterfly appears as something natural in our daily work and in the minds of consumers. During this process of re-designig Sanyres, two more care homes are opened; Collado Villalba in Madrid and Sanyres Andujar in Jaen.
With the aim to meet all the requirements and expectations of elderly people and the commitment is to supply these services, in 2008 Sanyres developed two new activities. Senior Sanyres Resorts offers apartments with extra care and services for people over 65 years who seek comfort and security without sacrificing their independence. Meanwhile, ATIDE, a collaboration between Mondial Assistance and Sanyres, offers domiciliary care services for those who prefer to remain at home. The development of these new activities, in addition to the already existing care homes and daily care units for the elderly, makes us GRUPO SANYRES.
In the same year 2008, the second care home in Cordoba was opened and, in May 2010, the first Sanyres' care home in the province of Huelva, particularly in Aljaraque.
During all these years, our work has generated confidence and the number of partners of Grupo Sanyres has been modified: Cajasur: 33.36%, CatalunyaCaixa: 33.36%, PRASA: 30.39% and Bami : 2.89%.
