Nowadays, Sanyres manages 18 residential care homes, two senior resorts and 5 operating units of "assitance services at home" distributed by the whole Spanish geography: In the Community of Madrid, La Rioja, Galicia, Andalusia and Castile and León, with a total offer that rise up to 3.500 beds and more than 1.500 employees.
